Cancellation Policy
To book any service at the salon a deposit its required to save your time slot in the calendar. When you arrive to your appointment and the service is completed the deposit will be deducted from your total bill. By paying your entire service you are accepting and authorizing the service received. In some cases the prices on the website may vary depending on the length of the hair or extras added during the service. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, it has to be done 48 hours in advance of your appoint time, otherwise you will lose your entire deposit of the service booked. Para reservar un servicio en el salón se requiere pagar un depósito con anticipación. Al completar su servicio en el salon el monto depositado será deducido del monto total del servicio. Al pagar el cliente ya está aceptando y autorizando el servicio. En algunos casos los precios del sitio web van a variar dependiendo el largo del cabello o servicios extras agregados durante su visita. Si por alguna razón tiene que cancelar su cita con nosotros esto tiene que hacerse con 48 horas de anticipación. Si no cancela su cita en 48 horas el depósito será perdido en su totalidad.
